Summer is in its full swing, and so is the traveling and family vacations. As Baby Monitor 3G works where most baby monitor fails, it proved to be a reliable and helpful companion for parents during their holidays for another year in a row.
In this recent update, we focused on improving the overall experience and usage to make sure Baby Monitor 3G works anywhere and at any time you need it. Let’s take a look! 😊
The first great news is for all parents using devices with the latest Android 9 Pie. 🍰 Baby Monitor 3G will now automatically adjust on Android devices with a notch (display cutouts). This means a better experience when monitoring your baby, especially when using the video feature.
But we also understand that not all spare devices that parents have at home are the latest trendy gadgets. Our Android developers’ team, therefore, improved the video transmission on older devices with Android 4.1+ (which is also the minimal Android version supported by Baby Monitor 3G). If you experienced any issue with the video on your old Android device, download the latest update on both devices and give it a try. We’ll be happy for your feedback on this at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the past, some parents reported issues with video quality when multiple Parent Stations connected to monitor their baby. We’ve fixed the issue and no more problems should arise.
If you’re a fan of the latest trends in development, we now support 64bit libraries in Baby Monitor 3G which will make the app run faster, smoother and be less battery-draining. 🔋
Together with our graphics team, we tweaked plenty of graphical details across all devices and platforms. You can now enjoy smooth monitor when using the device horizontally or vertically, including your tablet devices. Last but not least, we fixed a few minor errors that were reported by some of the parents throughout the time.
We hope this recent update will be helpful for you as much as possible. If you didn’t yet, update Baby Monitor 3G to the latest version to enjoy the new experience.
